ABOUT Lupicor H

PEDIGREE:
Lupicor H is a product of the successful breeding line of the Schroembges family where he was bred out of 'keur' awarded Jourdette S, a daughter of the Westphalian showjumping horse progenitor Pilot. Jourdette S made a worthy career for herself in showjumping, competing at national and international levels. The mare has an excellent technique and is very careful as well. The KWPN approved stallion Pitcher S, who jumps the national competitions, is a full brother to Jourdette S. The same female line also produced the international showjumper El Padrino (Jasper) ridden by Hansueli Sprunger and the KWPN stallion Lester (Lancer II). His sire, Lux Z, was bred at Zangersheide Stud Farm and claimed many victories in his international sports career with Italian rider Jerry Smit. This combination also participated in the Sydney Olympics and won the Pulsar Crown competitions of both Valkenswaard and Cannes .

PERFORMANCE:
Lupicor H was approved as a two year´s old stallion at the Westfalan studbook where he was available for breeding before returning to Stal de Wiemselbach at the end of 2001. This talented son of Lux Z competed very successfully in the Dutch stallion competitions, and after his convincing performances in 's-Hertogenbosch and Ermelo, he was also accepted by the KWPN. Lupicor, one of the highest ranked stallions in both the German and Dutch breeding indexes is successfully competing with European champion Marco Kutscher.

PROGENY:
Lupicor H's first offspring in Westfalen already includes his son Lenardo, who was the reserve champion at his performance test in Westfalen. In addition, Lupicor H showed a collection of above average offspring which, without exception, possess excellent movements and very convincing jumping manners. At the 2005 German national young horses Championships 3 horses by Lupicor qualified for the finals, a great success regarding the large amount of horses competing during the event. At the 2006 KWPN stallion approval in S'Hertogenbosch it was Lupicor who displayed a remarkable group of young stallions with great movements and superb jumping abilities, among them the KWPN stallion champion 2006 L'Esprit (Lupicor x Landgraf I).

Modern up and coming producer heading for the top A picture perfect career: after winning one young horse class after another and gaining marks up to 10.0 in his 30-day test, Balou du Rouet successfully “landed” at the 1.50m level. Already in 2005 he caught everyone’s attention by scoring the highest mark of 9.2 at the national championships, making him one of Germany’s top 4 licensed stallions. His enormous jumping talent, combined with great elastic gaits and a fascinating charisma make Balou du Rouet an exciting choice for the breeders of sports horses. Once again, Balou du Rouet emphasises his dominant quality as a producer in type, elegance and movement, with numerous foals at many different auctions. He continuously produces finalists for the German foal championships. Offspring of Balou du Rouet have been approved at almost every stallion licensing – most notably the licensed “BE BRAVO”, who sold for € 350.000 as the most expensive horse of the 2007 AOS auction. His number of approved sons has amounted to over ten stallions. As a descendant of Baloubet du Rouet - gold medallist at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and an incredible three-times successive World Cup Champion – he has one of the most successful jumping stallions on the international scene in his pedigree. His grand sire Galoubet is a son of the great stallion Almé and was already an international success at the young age of seven. He won team gold in 1982 at the World Championships. On the dam’s side, Balou du Rouet is directly related to the founder of the bloodline, Cor de la Bryere, from Holstein through Rantzau xx. The offspring of the dam’s sire, Continue, achieved lifetime earnings of over € 230.000. Numerous licensed stallions are descendents from the dam line. Balue du Rouet – the future has begun with impressive achievements as a producer! General Information. Balou du Rouet is a favourite with the crowds at all of his appearances. He completed an excellent Stallion Performance Test and was awarded with the top marks of 9.5 and 10.0 for jumping by the 'foreign' judges. He was Oldenburg Silver Medallist 2005 and one of the best German horses in his age group. Balou du Rouet is the perfect sports type, equipped with maximum elasticity in the basic gaits and first-class jumping quality. He has continued his sporting career in supreme style, winning several classes judged on style and ability up to "M level". He won the final qualification at the German Young Horse Championships with the top score of 9.2 and in the final was one of the 4 best approved stallions in Germany.
His sire Baloubet du Rouet, currently one of the most successful jumping stallions on the international stage (individual gold medallist at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, three-times consecutive World Cup Champion, winner of many Grand Prix's), has an exceptional pedigree. Balou's grand sire Galoubet is by the great stallion Almé.

On his dam's side, Balou du Rouet is directly related to the founder of the bloodline "Cor de la Bryere" from Holstein through Rantzau. The similarity can be seen in Balou du Rouet's jumping style and ability. His stunning dam Georgia is by the increasingly popular Contender son, Continue.

Sporting Chance Farm (SCF) imported her with the help of the Nijhof's in 2000. She is by the highly regarded Sandro Z son, Silvio 1, best known as the sire of the World Class Showjumper, "Shutterfly" ridden by Meredith Micheals Beerbam, and as a producer of type and talent. Marie Louise Elite Preferent's dam line is a very successful one which goes back to a very important mare in the KWPN "Roosmarie" who is listed as one of the most influential mares in the Netherlands. This motherline is responsible for more than 15 Appr. Stallions and a lot of good Sport Horses such as Ihorn, Glenn, Goldster, and Bockmans Exile.

Marie Louise Elite Preferent herself was Champion of her Keuring in Holland, and was invited to the National Mare Show at Ermelo where she finished Fifth. She then went on to do an excellent 30 day "Mare Test" where she achieved marks such as an 8.5 for her walk, and 8's for jumping etc., with no score lower than a 7.3. She is a true "All Around horse". Marie's first daughter in the Netherlands, Thekla Marie by Metall (now Keur Elite herself), was Reserve Champion of her Keuring, was invited just like her mother to Ermelo, and then went on to WIN her Mare Performance Test in the Netherlands! Thekla Marie has had two very succesful foals herself, with her Florencio filly. Zenia Marie being named the CHAMPION KWPN filly in England. Thekla Marie's Sandro Hit colt Cest la Vie, just sold last month at the Prestigious Borculo auction for 23,000 Euros.

Marie's first American conceived daughter, Wildcard Prov Keur (Goodtimes VDL), was shown very successfully in hand at the USDF shows AND in Hunter Breeding. She was the Winner of the Hunter Breeding Yearling Futurity (among other HB wins), and then was awarded the "Best Mover (dressage)" award at the Iron Spring Farm Keuring in 2006. She then went on to be awarded her "Provisional Keur", and finished fourth in the USA for both Movement AND Jumping on the Top Ten List for the KWPN-NA. Also in 2006 Wildcard won the USDF KWPN 3 year old Filly Materiale (US) Horse of the Year Championship. She was also second under saddle at DAD in the Materiale classes in 2006. Wildcard went on to WIN the Dressage at Devon Broodmare class in 2007 with an 85% which earned her the USA Bred Born in the USA High Score Championship at DAD! Wildcard's first (and only) foal Carte Blanche SCF (by Lupicor) was the Top Scoring Jumper foal at the Iron Spring Farm Keuring. Widcard, like her dam, is truly an "All Around" athlete.....

Marie Louise's son Zulft (Ulft Keur) has won numerous Championships and Awards including 2006 USDF Horse of the Year Championship (Res CH for 2005), many Breed Show Championships including the Res. Champion Born in the USA High Point award at DAD as a foal, and then after numerous Top Ten placings at the KWPN-NA Keurings, was awarded his Ster and the "Best Dressage Horse" Award at the ISF Keuring in 2007. Marie Louise's other offspring include Breed Show Champions, and many First Premiums for horses like Wartimes (Goodtimes), Bleu (Balou du Rouet), Bravo (Indoctro Pref), Cest la Vie (Balou du Rouet) etc. Marie Louise's offspring have also won her Produce of Dam classes. Her offspring, although still young, have sold to Grand Prix professionals in both the Dressage, and the Show Jumping Arenas, where they are cherished for their athleticism AND wonderful temperaments and desire to please.

Marie Louise Elite Preferent has been incredibly fertile (an important trait for a broodmare!), and with the help of Embryo Transfer, had THREE foals in 2008, a Krack C., a Quicksilber (by Quattro), and another Balou du Rouet).

She has been bred to incredibly diverse stallions (Metall, Goodtimes, Ulft, Balou du Rouet, Indoctro etc.), and every one of her foals is spectacular. She is the dam and grand dam of multiple Champions in THREE countries (Netherlands, England, and the USA). Marie is also largely responsible for Sporting Chance Farm's successes and directly influenced our receipt of the "Breeders of the Year" Awards in 2006 for the KWPN-NA, AND the USDF Res CH Breeders of the Year. On top of that, she is an ANGEL to have around, and plays "Auntie Marie" to the numerous foals born at Sporting Chance Farm every year. Marie actually babysits and herds the foals back to their mothers when they stray too far away or get into trouble, and helps to keep peace and order in our pastures at all times. Marie is kind, and beautiful, and an incredible athlete and producer.
