SOPRANO completed his 70-Day Test in Neustadt Dosse, Germany finishing 12th out of 46 stallions and was the first stallion by SANDRO HIT to be approved in Denmark.

SOPRANO’s pedigree exhibits great depth and versatility. His sire, the legendary 1999 World Young Horse Champion and Bundeschampianate SANDRO HIT, passes the genes of numerous influential sires on to his progeny. SANDRO Hit’s sire, SANDRO SONG, a double graded champion in Oldenburg, is by SANDRO, an int’l show jumper who won the Danish Derby ridden by Franke Sloothaak. WELT AS, in SANDRO HIT’s third generation, is famous for siring Anke Van Grunsven’s Olympic Dressage Champion Bonfire and many other top horses.

SOPRANO's damsire, the legendary CONTENDER, who won his 100 day test, is one of the most significant sires in Germany. CONTENDER’s progeny are characterized by outstanding jumping ability, very good movement, and excellent rideability. SOPRANO's mare line (The Flattopia) produced many international stars such as dressage horse Rubioso ridden by Ellen Bontje; Lord Kem (Champion Stallion in 1989); Continue; Maffay; Calmiro; and Farmer.

Also on the damside is TIN ROCCO, who at three, won ten conformation tests and competed in GP jumping winning the Preis Von Blankenesse in Hamburg/Klein Flottbek (Derby Show). His highly awarded St. Pr. daughter Gutena represented him successfully at the German show in Verden in 1990. Soprano has been a very consistent producer of top offspring in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Australia. Out of 550 young dressage horses that competed in Sweden, 69 were selected for the Swedish Young Horse Championships. Soprano's son Chaigon was among those 69 and was then one of 10 selected to compete in the Champions' Finale, placing 9th under Minna Telde. Soprano’s successful daughters include  Parma who was selected for and sold at the prestigious October 2007 Autumn Elite Auction in Vechta, Germany; Samba, a four-year old Soprano/Donnerhall mare who was graded as runner-up champion in the Danish Warmblood main stud book with excellent marks; and Grevens Sa’Va’  who became the champion mare at her last competition with the following scores:  8,0 walk, 8,5, trot, 9,5 canter, 9,0 rideability, 9,0 capacity.  She was selected for the Elite Mare Show in fall 2008.  At her performance test, Grevens Sa’Va’ received the second highest score in all of Denmark.
