General Information
Converter was Oldenburg County Champion and second best German stallion in
his age group at the World Young Horse Championships in Lanaken. One could see
at the Oldenburg Approvals in Vechta that it is not just in the sport where he
is impressive; he was distinguished as 2nd Reserve Champion at the main premium
approvals.
His sporty appearance and performance-orientated pedigree make this young
stallion particularly attractive. Converter confirmed the high hopes expected of
him at his 30 day test in Adelheidsdorf; he won the jumping test easily and
received the top score of 10.0 twice. His impressive rideability plays a large
role for his future career in the sport as well as in the breeding.
Converter's sire Contender ranks as one of the most sought-after stallions in
Germany today, producing time after time top dressage and jumping horses.
Converter is also closely related to the World Cup Champion Shutterfly, ridden
by Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum, through his dam's sire Silvio I.
Converter's foals are very impressive, beautiful types and elegant movers.
They have already achieved above-average prices at many different auctions.

with a rating of class "1", having achieved scores of 10 for
character, performance ability and predisposition for jumping. Coriano won

Federal German Riding Horse Championships. He went on to international
success under Bo Kristoffersen, under whom he won the CSIO in Sweden in

Coriano's
sire Corrado I is a well known name in Holstein. He was highly
successful at the Grand Prix at Aachen and Frankfurt, with
continued success at World Cup show jumping and Nations cups under
Franke Sloothaak. In 1994 the pair were the German Champions
in show jumping. In Corrado I himself you find the highly sought
after bloodlines of Cor de la Bryere and Capitol I, whose
influences are world renowned.
Coriano’s dam Option produced the
famous States Premium mare Valeska IV, dam of Corofino and Camiros.
Option is sired by the legendary Lord who was successful under
Herbert Bloecker at international level Three Day Eventing. Lord
ranks next to Landgraf I as the most influential sire of the
Ladykiller xx bloodlines, proving over and over again that these
horses can jump!

|
| Cyrano
de Bergerac’s dam Romanze is the daughter of Ricardo, an elite
stallion, who is sired by Ronald, brother to Ramiro. In the South
of Germany and also in Holstein, he produced a large number of
highly successful offspring to give his name a lasting legacy.
Examples include the stallion Ratsherr, who competed successfully
under Toni Hassmann at the international level, as did the
stallion Risandro under Samantha Mc Intosh. Ricardo’s
offspring’s successes in sport placed Ricardo high on the FN
breeding index. Ricardo descends from the Holsteiner line Stamm
1298. |

| Cyrano de Bergerac has an impressive
competitive record himself. Under rider Franke Sloothak he
started his jumper career with wins in Bundeschampionat qualifiers
with scores of 9.0 before winning the Audi Cup for Young Horses in
Hannover and placing second at Gera and Berlin. Franke has
developed Cyrano into an impressive International show jumper with
wins including: CDI-Bordeaux S***, Nurnberg, Mannheim, Aachen,
Edefing, Gothenburg, and Hamburg. |

A powerful mover,
Cyrano de Bergerac also offers mare owners three good gaits and
very good rideability. At the 2006 Equitana, Cyrano de
Bergerac was a crowd favorite and effortlessly demonstrated
tempichanges and pirouettes.
Cyrano’s oldest
foals are just turning three in 2007. He is consistently
producing beautiful heads and good movement. His foals have
been champions at foal shows in Germany and we look forward to
seeing them under saddle this year.
